RETURNS POLICY

If you are a UK-based customer, you have 14 days to return your items upon receipt. Please send the item(s) via (Royal Mail Signed / Tracked) take note that it needs to be tracked or signed for as we do not cover lost items in transit (please keep the receipt until we have closed your case), please also fill the form and use our return address that we have provided with your order.

We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, removed swimsuits seal, removed tags, used/opened beauty products. We do not do refunds or exchanges and this is because of limited stock. However, we will gladly issue you a store credit in the form of an e-gift card/code to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.

When returning, we recommend using track-able services such as Royal Mail signed for shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging as possible. Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal, and please do not remove the tags on any clothing as possible. Once we have received your item, we will inspect it, and we will immediately notify you regarding the status of the inspections. If successful we will then give you a store credit in the form of e-gift card to the email address on file. For hygiene reasons, accessories, used/opened beauty products, sale accessories and beauty products are non-returnable and no exchanges. Due to the nature of the beauty products, all sales are final. Samples are periodically available if you would like to swatch and/or test shades please do send us an email. This only applies to beauty products.
